Make sure that you show your customer that you have a human side too. Place a few pictures on the website of yourself or your team hard at work. It is easier for a customer to connect the name to the face this way, and it can have a huge impact on brand loyalty.

Don't just sell your products or services, offer customers helpful advice on how to use them that will positively enhance their lives.

Strive To Provide Helpful Information

Weekly or once a month, host a Q & A session on your website or blog. Give your audience a chance to voice their concerns, opinions, or suggestions, then respond with positive feedback.

Provide a live chat feature on your website around the clock. Make it easy for your prospects to learn more and get live help when it is convenient for them, not you. If a buyer knows they can get answers at 11pm at night when they get off work, they are more likely to come back and to share your services amongst their inner circle.

Once in a while, send a little surprise to your customers. Drop them a note thanking them for being a loyal customer and include a gift card, free product, or discount on a future purchase. Everyone loves getting something for nothing.

Create A Loyalty Program

Invite your customers to join a loyalty program where they will be rewarded for returning to your business.

Tell your customers about special events you are hosting and invite them by to take part in the special memories. Whether you will be at a local convention or hosting an online seminar, keep them in the loop.
